I went for a swim again this morning in our newly refurbished swimming pool.

I can't begin to say how much I've missed my daily swim here. There is probably no other pool in the whole of London that can compare to it. I had the lane to myself and the swim was easier than the one I had on Sunday, when for the first couple of lengths I thought my lungs might explode. I'm really looking forward to getting back into a daily routine. And the new changing facilities are fantastic, too.

I have to say though, that some of the new avant garde glazing wasn't quite to my taste, but, hey, we can't have everything, can we?
